Where your details go
Quote and lock details
Your ZIP code, the grade, the weight and unit, your name, email, and business and phone
if you give them. When you close, the street address the container is sent to as well. We
keep this because a lock is a commitment on both sides and both sides need a record of
it.
Your ZIP code
Used to work out which rate applies to your area. It is not used to identify you and it
is not shared.
Technical data
The IP address a quote or lock came from, kept alongside the record so we can tell an
ordinary request from an automated one.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking. Your progress through
the quote form lives in the page while you are on it and is gone when you close the tab.
Who sees it
Roizin, our carriage insurer, and FedEx. The last two need a name, address and phone
number to get the container to you and back, and they get nothing else. It is not sold, and
it is not passed to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Quote and lock records are kept as business records. If you want yours removed and no
lot was ever sent, ask and we will remove it.
